Today, i’ve learned to never quit. Although my sleep pattern I feel physically exhausted, congested throughout the night.
I feel disconnected from the heckticness of life.
Total reconnect with myself and the outdoors.
Walk was very enjoyable, smell of fresh air and campfire.
The sounds of eagles and ravens in the distance.
Wood pecker knocking on a tree close by.
Alone in the forest, exactly the reset one needs.
I feel calm.
So grateful to be amongst friends in the great outdoors.
Grateful for pushing myself physically.
Great gorilla climb.
Harvesting firewood with Terrance and Jill ( not an easy task ) .
Grateful to have shared my story with Ryan.
I continue to forgive myself.
My goals today are to push forward with positive thoughts and to make someone smile.
