
Today, I have learned how to appreciate my accomplishments.

I feel disconnected, congested.

Sore back, believe from working out on uneven ground.

Had a great walk, sound of distant waterfalls, eagles and ravens.

Soothing cool wind on my face, feeling peace.

The smell of fresh mountain air with a hint of campfire smoke.

Walked alone, no stress of who is ahead of or behind me.

Im relaxed.

I’m grateful to finally have a paddle with Jill.

Grateful for friends, grateful for being at Camp My Way.

Grateful Terrance shared his 1st wood burn in the guest cabin with me.

Today, I forgive myself and ( xxxxxxx) for the emotional disconnect.

I forgive ( xxxxxx) for the let down with the Sea to Sea for PTSD Campaign.

My goal for today though not feeling 100 % ( congested ) will strive to put in 100 % physically and mentally.
