Thank you !
We are so proud of our Brother Ryan for continuing to put in the hard work by adding this self care tool ( journal ) to his daily routine.
Just 1 simple tool at a time, over time, everyday is key !
Yeah, it’s a long road ahead, it took us many years to get here today, and will take many more to get to where we are going.
The key to a safe, healthy, less stressed journey is having the tools to manage our emotions, our minds, and physical self along the way to ensure we get to where we are going.
We all have our purpose, we sometimes just need help back up to our feet to find it.
We kindly asked Ryan to send us his daily journal entries so you also are able to witness his transformation from Jan / 2021- till today and the progress we will continue to make at our next Camp and over the next few years to come.
Camp My Way is not the solution, but our ways of thinking, living and helping is an Option for humanity to consider adding to may aspects of our society on all levels in the future.
It doesn’t need to be complicated .. or medicated.
Thank you for your time, smile, support and positive energy today.

Daily Journal Entry June 2 / 2021
How do you feel today ?
Good! Stuffy though. More allergens floating around here than urine in a kiddie pool.
How do you know you feel this way ?
Even though it’s a miserable day and I know I’ve got shit to do in the cold and wet, I’m ok with it. Just need a rag for my nose and I’ll survive. Good thing I’m brill to hearty.
How did you sleep ?
Find someone to forgive or forgive yourself ?
I forgive myself for not going to the beach yesterday with the family and all of the wife’s friends. I would have gone to any other beach but they chose the one where a teenager tried to stop a train with his face and I was the only member there dealing with helping EHS, Fire Department, the parents arrived, a train full of passengers watching, teenagers everywhere that were partying drunk and high. I’m not going back there. There’s no need
