12;00 noon – Moment of Silence
We will have a mindful meditation / moments of silence lead by: Joon Iper
For the next five minutes I invite you to consider yourself as a blank piece a paper. When we come into this world we are like that – seemingly empty, but full of light. Take a breath or two to register that image in your mind. (Pause) The world writes many experiences upon us, but that essence remains beneath it all. Beyond words, and perhaps beyond understanding, it is this common light we all share, an inner sun, which calls us toward unity, and healing on a personal and collective level. So let us take this time together to breath a few sighs of relief that we are together in such good company, and let us share another moment in silence to connect to our breath, to this moment, and to remember who we truly are. (Pause) Thank you.
