By way of retired RCMP Staff Sgt. Paul Easton, it has come to my attention that you have indicated an interest to attend the International Police Association’s (Canada Region 15 – Monteregie) President’s Dinner of October 25, 2019 in the capacity of a guest. Specifically, you have offered to attend as a guest speaker, along with retired RCMP Sgt. Josée Querry, on the topic of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

The topic at hand is very relevant in light of all too often mental health afflictions and suicides of First Responders. Therefore, please accept the present as our agreement to your proposal, under specific conditions.

1. You and Josée Querry coordinate your material for a maximum of 1.5hrs. of speech time;
2. You and Josée Querry understand that your combined presentation will be to serving and retired law enforcement officers, and offered in both English and French;

3. We recognize the great work that you do at Camp My Way and your specific expertise, and look forward to having you as a guest speaker.
